Netwise provides a variety of services for the Home and Small Business User.

Netwise can instantly register and host your choice of domain name (if it is available; otherwise alternatives will be advised). This gives a very professional web presence (i.e. www.yourname.co.uk).

Your domain comes with full e-mail and web hosting services as standard. This allows you to use your domain for e-mail (for example: me@myname.com) and have your own website at http://www.myname.com.

Active Server Pages (ASP) are an open, compile-free application environment that combines scripting, HTML, custom server components, and robust database publishing to create dynamic Web-based business applications.

Personal CGI Bin
With our home and small business hosting option, you will have a directory created on your webspace named 'CGI-BIN' into which you can put all your CGI and Perl scripts, which can be called from your webpages.

PHP
PHP Version 4.0 is an HTML-embedded scripting language. It is Similar to Java and Perl with a couple of unique PHP-specific features thrown in. It allows web developers to write dynamically generated pages quickly. For more on PHP visit www.php.net.

PGP
Pretty Good Privacy. This is an encryption tool, which allows you to send data to someone who is expecting it, in such a format that if hostile parties intercepted it; it would be absolutely secure and impossible to decode. Perfect for monetary transactions. There is also PGP signature. This allows you to verify your authenticity to the receiver by PGP signing an email or document.
